Place ear plug between thumb and forefinger. Roll and compress into a crease-free cylinder. Pull ear upward and outward and while compressed, quickly place the ear plug with rounded end first into ear canal. Hold in ear 15-20 seconds until fully expanded. To remove – slowly ease from the ear. Storage: Ear plugs can be reused whenever they are kept clean and in good condition. Use the plastic container to keep the ear plugs fresh and dry.
